Electrical Performance Test Area

Task: Verify the interoperability and protocol consistency of our products.
Main test items: Charging coupler compatibility test， Charge control compatibility test， Charging communication compatibility test.

Electromagnetic Compatibility Test Area

Task：Verify the immunity our products.
Main test items: Electrostatic discharge immunity,Electrical fast transient burst immunity, RF electromagnetic radiation immunity, Surge immunity, Voltage dips and short interruptions immunity, Conducted emission, Radiation emission

Core Component Test Area

Task: Verify the aging resistance of the key components of the charger(charge gun, module, control board) and the content of restricted elements.
Main test items: Insertion force test, RoHS test

Mirror System Test Area

Task: Recurring problems appear when the product working, then tracking and resolution.
Main test items: Product Maintenance Upgrade Test, Vehicle Match Compatibility Test, Software BUG Acceleration Verification

Equipment Environment Experiment Area

Task: Verification of the protection level, operating temperature range and corrosion resistance of the charger. Support IP level and high/low temperature test as specified in GBT18487.1-2015, waterproof rating up to 6.
Main test items: Salt spray test, low temperature test, high temperature test, alternating damp heat, protection class, noise test.

Whole Machine Test
